- Place the noodles into boiling water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Once cooked remove from heat and add to a serving bowl with beansprouts.
- Add the white fish balls into boiling water.
- Once the fish balls are cooked, add a teaspoon of instant soup paste and mix.
- Pour the soup over the noodles along with the fish balls.
- Sprinkle spring onions on top and some fried garlic.
- Serve with chilli oil on the side and enjoy.
