- Roughly chop the onion and bell pepper.
- Add oil to a hot wok and pour in the spare ribs.
- Keep stirring and cook the ribs until sealed and brown.
- Pour the onions and peppers with the ribs.
- Continue stirring then add boiling water till it covers the ribs.
- Add the oyster sauce and cover with the lid.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Then sprinkle on roughly chopped red chilli and a few drops of sesame oil.
