Fish Ball Noodles



  1. Place the noodles into boiling water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Once cooked remove from heat and add to a serving bowl with beansprouts. 

  2. Add the white fish balls into boiling water.

  3. Once the fish balls are cooked, add a teaspoon of instant soup paste and mix.

  4. Pour the soup over the noodles along with the fish balls. 

  5. Sprinkle spring onions on top and some fried garlic. 

  6. Serve with chilli oil on the side and enjoy.

Lo Mein and Wonton Soup



  1. Place your choice of ramen into boiling water (specific instructions on the packet), once cooked set aside – do not add any sachets in. 

  2. Add wontons into boiling water and the ramen soup sachet in as well. Once the wontons are cooked remove and place into a serving bowl. 

  3. Time to dress the noodles with ABC sweet soy sauce and sriracha.

  4. Finish off with a sprinkle of fried crushed garlic and spring onion.

Stir Fry Spare Ribs



  1. Roughly chop the onion and bell pepper.

  2. Add oil to a hot wok and pour in the spare ribs.

  3. Keep stirring and cook the ribs until sealed and brown. 

  4. Pour the onions and peppers with the ribs.

  5. Continue stirring then add boiling water till it covers the ribs.

  6. Add the oyster sauce and cover with the lid. 

  7. Cook for 10 minutes. 

  8. Then sprinkle on roughly chopped red chilli and a few drops of sesame oil.
